Qualifying Sign-In: Friday, 18 August 2023 from 4PM - 6PM

Main Draw Sign-in: Sunday, 20 August 2023 from 4PM - 6PM

Qualifying Sign-In: Thursday, 17 August 2023 from 5PM - Friday, 19 August 2023 5PM

Main Draw Sign-in: Saturday, 18 August 2023 from 5PM - Sunday, 20 August 2023 5PM

Eligibility Tournament is only open to Players in the year they turn 13 years of age, if they have reached their 13th birthday on or before the start of the Singles Main Draw of the tournament they are competing in, until the end of the year in which the player turns 18 years of age.

• Please be informed that we will be imposing the advisory below for the upcoming J30 Singapore ITF Junior Championships (V) 2023.
   
• Online / Phone Sign-In
  • Please take note that the ITF encourages us to do online / phone sign in for the tournament due to COVID-19 precautionary measures.
  • As Per ITF Reqirements, players who are doing Phone Sign-in, will have to CALL in personally between 4pm and 6pm.  No email or text messages will be accepted.  Please note that Proof of Payment does not constitute a sign-in. Please also note that for your first match, please bring along a copy of your photo ID
  • For Phone Sign-In, please contact the assistant tournament referee, Zack Talib at +65 9736 0654 and provide the below mentioned details: (Please do not call via Whatsapp)

Important Note: If we did not receive the above details for online / phone sign-in, it will be deemed that you will not participate in the tournament and a late withdrawal form has to be submitted on your end.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. ONLINE PAYMENT IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE COMPETITION (MAIN DRAW / QUALIFYING)
2. MAKING AN ONLINE PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THAT THE PLAYER IS IN THE COMPETITION

• Entry Fee Payment

Please take note that the ITF encourages us to do online / phone sign in for the tournament due to COVID-19 precautionary measures. [Entry fee to be paid via Internet Banking only 5 days before sign in]

Players can now choose to pay the entry fee of SGD$78.00/- via Internet Banking or PayNow to Singapore Tennis Association 5 days before the sign-in. Please see the details provided below:

Important Note:

1. Please indicate the IPIN Number & DOB (DDMMYY) at the Remarks Section for reference  
2. Payment for the entry fee has to be made by [DEADLINE]. Otherwise, it will be deemed that you will not participate in the tournament and late withdrawal form has to be submitted.

• Organised Practice Court Booking
• Players will be allocated with a Practice Court depending on the Order of Play.
• Practise courts will be available for all after 1 hr from the last detail, please WhatsApp or contact the Referee to book your time slot.
• Due to current restrictions, the following are to be observed:
• Bookings are allocated on a 30 mins basis.
• Per booking allows to have only two persons.
• Only players are to personally book their times lot.
• Availability of practise court at your booked time slot is subjected to venue's COVID-19's protocols.

To Note:

• Bookings of Court are from 9am to 6pm
• Players can book courts 24HRS in advance
• Players must book practice court before coming to the venue. Those without prior booking will not be allowed to practice.
• This is to prevent any situation of overcrowding (more than 50)
